The personal details you will need to review are your name, surname, email address, phone number, and address. You can correct these fields yourself quickly and easily. Your date of birth and CPF number will also be displayed, but cannot be changed. However, if you need to correct any of these, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.

If you miss the deadline, your account will be temporarily paused - but don't worry, it will be back up and running as soon as you complete the check, including the facial recognition step.
