What documents do I need to provide for the Identity Verification (KYC) Process?

To meet all regulatory requirements for your verification process, you will need to submit a picture of your photo identification when registering for an account.

Personal identification - A photo ID from the list below:

• National Driver's or eDriver’s license
• National Identity Card
• National Migration Registration Card (RNM)
• National Registry of Foreigners Card (RNE);

Only documents containing the CPF will be accepted.

To make sure this process is as quick as possible for you, when taking a picture of your ID or taking a selfie please do this in a well lit area but avoid direct overhead lighting as this can affect the image quality.

Annual Re-verification

The regulator also requires that customers pass Identify Verification on an annual basis.

When it’s time for you to re-verify you’ll notify you to visit the My Account area to securely upload your ID and take a selfie again.
