What documents do I need to provide to make a withdrawal?

To fulfil all the requirements of your identity verification process, you will be asked to provide valid and in-date photo ID when you register an account with us. We will also ask you to pass a liveness check using the camera on your smartphone or a web camera.

Once you have successfully registered an account with us, to add or edit bank details, or make a withdrawal you will need to verify your identity by taking a picture on your smartphone or webcam.

The accepted types of photo ID are:

• National Driver's or eDriver’s license;
• National Identity Card
• National Migration Registration Card (RNM)
• National Registry of Foreigners Card (RNE);
