If you feel the need to take a short break from the breaks, we offer the "timeout" option, which allows you to block your account for a period of 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours, 7 days or 30 days. 
 

During this time you will not be able to bet on any Betfair products. 

Please be aware that if you have any unmatched exchange bets, they will be cancelled and the funds will be returned to your account balance within a time limit. 

Any matched bets (or parts thereof) will remain valid. 

You cannot reverse the break period during the specified time. 

To take advantage of this restriction, follow these steps: 

• Log in to your account 
• Select "My Betfair Account" from the "My Account" dropdown menu on the site title 
• Select "Safer Gambling Tools"
• Click on "Set your Time Out"
• Choose the option that best suits you
