Where can I find my transaction history?

What is the Transaction History?

Transaction History allows you to access and review your betting and transaction activity over the past three years (From Jan 2025 onwards). This includes detailed records of bets placed, deposits, withdrawals, and other account-related transactions.

What information is included in transaction history?

Your transaction history will display:

·         Account number and date range (in file name)

·         Date and time of each transaction

·         Type of transaction (e.g., bet placed, deposit, withdrawal)

·         Method of payment for deposits and withdrawals

·         Amounts (stakes, winnings, account balance)

·         Commission Paid

How can I access my transaction history?

To view your transaction history:

1.    Log in to your Betfair account.

2.    Navigate to the "My Account" section.

3.    Select "My Activity" and then "Transaction History."

This will display your transaction history over the last 6 months.

How can I access transactions older than 6 months?

To access more historical transactions, navigate to “Transaction Reports” which allows you to download transactions over the last 36 months.

4.    Select “Transaction Report” tab in the top right

5.    Choose the desired timeframe, to can select up to 31 days at a time within the last 36 months.

6.    Select “Download csv file”
