Transaction History allows you to access and review your betting and transaction activities over the past three years. This includes detailed records of bets placed, deposits, withdrawals, and other account transactions.
Transactions made within the last six months are displayed on the transaction history page.

Transactions older than six months are held in Transaction Reports.
To access more historical transactions, navigate to “Transaction Reports” where you can download transactions over the last 36 months.
From the transaction history page:
1. Select “Transaction Reports” tab in the top right corner
2. Choose the desired timeframe, to can select up to 31 days at a time within the last 36 months.
3. Select “Download csv file” button
The extended transaction history is only available in csv format.
How do I open a transaction report file?
The easiest way to open your transaction report CSV file is by using a spreadsheet program such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or Apple Numbers.
To open the file on your desktop:
✅ Option 1: Using Microsoft Excel (Windows/Mac)
1. Locate the downloaded .csv file (usually in your Downloads folder).
2. Right-click the file and select Open with > Excel.
3. Your transaction data will appear in a table format. You may need to adjust column widths to view all the details.
✅ Option 2: Using Google Sheets (Web)
1. Open Google Sheets.
2. Click File > Import > Upload, and select your CSV file.
3. Choose “Insert new sheet(s)” and click Import data.
✅ Option 3: Using Apple Numbers (Mac)
1. Open the Numbers app.
2. Drag and drop the .csv file into the app or go to File > Open and select your file.
To open the file on your mobile:
✅ On iPhone (iOS):
· Option 1: Use Apple Numbers
o Tap the CSV file from your email or downloads.
o Tap “Share” and choose “Open in Numbers”.
· Option 2: Use Excel Mobile or Google Sheets
o Install Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets from the App Store.
o Open the app and tap “Open” or “Import”, then select the CSV file.
✅ On Android:
· Option 1: Use Google Sheets
o Tap the CSV file and choose to open it with Google Sheets.
· Option 2: Use Excel Mobile
o Open Excel and select the CSV file from your device.
