Where can I find my profits and losses?

The My Profit & Loss  page is available in the Betting Activity section of My Account and reflects your returns minus your stakes for all bets settled within your chosen date range of 7 days, 30 days, 3 months or 12 months (including any bets placed outside of the date range but settled within it). The figures displayed are calculated according to the GMT time zone.

What is included on the My Profit and Loss page?

Bets, returns and bonus money are included in your profit and loss, just below your bets and returns. Bets or free spins are not included, but any cash winnings from them are. Open bets are not included, only settled bets will be shown in your bets and returns.

What about the inflow and outflow of my money?

The My Profit & Loss tab does not take into account deposits and withdrawals. You can view your payment activity on the Transaction History page.

Can't see your recent activity?

If you can’t see your latest activity on the My Profit & Loss page, it’s because your betting activity is updated daily. Therefore, today’s profit and loss figures will be available from tomorrow onwards.

Please note: On rare occasions, due to data availability issues, there may be a delay in calculating your profit and loss, resulting in inaccuracy. Once the issues are resolved, your profit and loss will be updated accordingly. This may take up to 48 hours.

Examples

If you place a sports bet on Thursday for a match on Saturday, your profit and loss will be updated on Sunday to reflect the outcome of that bet.

If you play a casino game on Thursday, your profits and losses will be updated on Friday to reflect the outcome of that game.
