Which PIX key can I use to make PIX Deposits and withdrawals?

At Betfair you can only use your CPF as the PIX Key to deposit and withdraw. Betfair will use the CPF you have provided at registration as we have verified this through our verification process (KYC).
Before making a deposit & withdrawal, make sure that the bank account you have registered with Betfair is using your CPF as the PIX key.

If your PIX Key is not your CPF, a deposit or withdrawal transaction will be declined, and you will not be able to make a payment.

Why can I only use my CPF as the PIX Key?

This keeps safe both Betfair and its players to ensure your funds are being received to a bank account owned by you and to protects against fraud and money laundering.

I have recently changed the assignment my CPF as the PIX Key, but payments are still being declined?
Please note, due to the Central Bank of Brazil processing your request, it may take some time for your PIX CPF key to be updated in our system. We recommend that you wait at least 24 hours before requesting making a deposit or withdrawal.
