What do you need to know?

• Betfair only allows you to register one bank account at a time. However, you can change your bank account at any time.
• The registered bank account must: Be in your name. Have your CPF registered as the PIX key.

 

What details do you need to register with Betfair?

1. Bank Account Number : Maximum 10 digits.
2. Bank Account Type : Only the following account types can be used for deposits and withdrawals: Checking Account Savings Account Payment Account
3. Bank ISPB Number : Must be 8 digits long. The ISPB (Brazilian Payment System Identifier) ​​is a code assigned by the Central Bank to each financial institution in Brazil. It does not vary by branch or account type. To find your bank's ISPB, search online for "ISPB code [bank name]", for example, "ISPB code Nubank", or you can click on the below link and check the updated list.
4. Bank Branch Code : Must have 4 digits.
5. CPF PIX key : The CPF verified during registration will be registered as the PIX key in the Betfair system. If the registered bank does not have the CPF as the PIX key, your deposit and withdrawal requests will be refused. If you change the PIX key linked to your bank account, it may take some time to update. We recommend waiting at least 24 hours before attempting to make deposits or withdrawals again.

Step by step guide to register your bank details:

1. Log in to your Betfair account.
2. Click on the My Account icon in the top right corner of the screen.
3. Within the My Account section , go to Payments and click on Manage Bank Details .
4. Select Add Bank Details , enter your account information, and click Save Changes .

For future deposits or withdrawals, we will validate that the registered bank details are the same as those used in the transaction. If there are any discrepancies, the deposit or withdrawal will be refused and a corresponding error message will be displayed.
