1. What has changed in the deposit process?

The experience is now faster and simpler. You no longer need to register your bank account before making a deposit — this will now happen automatically after the deposit is completed.



2. Do I need to register my bank account before making a deposit?

No. Just make the deposit as usual. The account used will be registered automatically.



3. What are the new deposit and withdrawal limits?

Deposit: up to R$ 200,000.00

Withdrawal: up to R$ 50,000.00



4. How many bank accounts can I register?

You can register up to 3 bank accounts.



5. What happens if I use a new bank account when I already have three registered?

The least used account will be automatically replaced by the new one. The replaced account will no longer be eligible for withdrawals.



6. I made a deposit using someone else’s bank account and it didn’t work. Why?

For security and regulatory reasons, we only accept deposits made from bank accounts that are registered under the same CPF as the account holder on the website.



7. I want to withdraw to a bank account that is not registered. What should I do?

Make a deposit using that bank account. It will be registered automatically.



8. Has the deposit area changed?

Yes!

9. My withdrawal is failing. What could be the issue?

It is possible that your bank account details are not 100% correct. You can make a deposit to ensure your bank account is registered correctly.
