At Betfair, some of our promotions are exclusive to each user and the only way to receive them is via email or mobile phone. To ensure you don't miss out on any exclusive offers, we've put together a step-by-step guide to help you.
Desktop:
First, go to the Betfair website and log in to your account using your Betfair details. At the top of the page on the right-hand side, click on “My Account”, then from the drop-down menu click on the menu with the same name “My Account”.

In the area reserved for your account, go to "My details" and then in the drop-down menu click on "Account details".
Here you can change your details and preferences, in this case we will focus only on your email and marketing preferences, which is the same as saying “offers and promotions”.
In the “About you” menu, check if your email address is up to date. If for some reason your email is not up to date, simply click on “Edit” to change it.
In the “Marketing Preferences” menu, click where it says “here” to subscribe to all Betfair offers and communications or on “Edit” to select the products you want to receive notifications about.
Click save if this option appears and you are ready to receive the best offers and promotions in the comfort of your email.
Mobile :
First, go to the Betfair app or website on your mobile device and log in to your account using your Betfair details. At the top of the page on the right-hand side, click on the little icon marked in the image below.

On the new page, navigate until you see the “Account Details” menu and click on “My Details”.
In the following menu, you can edit your email address if it is out of date at the top of the page in the “About You” section.
If your email address is correct, scroll down until you see the “Marketing Preferences” menu. Click “Subscribe to all” to subscribe to all Betfair offers and communications or “Edit” to select the products you wish to receive notifications about.
Click save if this option appears and you are ready to receive the best offers and promotions in the comfort of your email.
